Two Israeli policemen were injured near a settlement in the West Bank on Wednesday, Israeli media reported, claiming they were stabbed.

“While responding to an incident, two police officers was stabbed in Givat Ze’ev Wednesday morning. One of the officers responded by firing at the attacker and injuring him,” the Jerusalem Post reported.

Medical teams were on scene and treated those injured. Both officers were injured, with one in good condition and one in serious condition, it added.
