Heavy Israeli aerial and artillery bombardments continued across Gaza Strip on the 644th consecutive day of Israeli war on Gaza resulting in further casualties and worsening humanitarian conditions for displaced populations.
In this context, Palestinian sources reported that “the occupation forces launched dozens of raids and committed more massacres, as the suffering of displacement, which affects more than two million people, worsened amid a severe famine.”
Latest Reported Massacres
Late Friday night, eight civilians were reported martyred and several others injured following an Israeli bombing that targeted the Halima al-Sa’dia School in Jabalia al-Nazla, northern Gaza. Local sources stated the school was sheltering displaced persons. Eyewitnesses corroborated that the strike hit the school, which houses thousands of displaced individuals, leading to deaths and numerous injuries.

In Gaza City, reported casualties resulted from an Israeli drone strike near the al-Tunel area.
Separately, several deaths and injuries, including children, were reported after a bombing targeted a home belonging to the al-Hassi family in al-Shati Refugee Camp, west of Gaza City. The home was reportedly housing displaced persons from the Daher family. Sources indicated that approximately 10 children injured in this specific bombing lost limbs.
Sources confirmed that at least 10 civilians were martyred and dozens injured, including children and women, across the two incidents targeting the school in northern Gaza and the home west of Gaza City. In the southern Gaza Strip, local sources also confirmed that forces continued demolishing residential buildings in the al-Satr area north of Khan Yunis.
Situation in Khan Yunis
The Palestinian Red Crescent reported that one of its paramedics was injured after being shot by Israeli occupation forces during a humanitarian mission in the Tahlia area of Khan Yunis. The paramedic was transferred to al-Mawasi field hospital.
Israeli tanks reportedly besieged dozens of displaced families near the Khan Yunis cemetery. Israeli bulldozers were observed razing graves and setting fire to empty tents whose residents had been forcibly displaced. The director of Gaza’s field hospitals noted that Israeli tanks are now close to Nasser Medical Complex, reporting one death and several injured civilians from Israeli vehicle fire southwest of the city.

Rising Death Toll
According to a statement by the Palestinian Ministry of Health, the death toll from the Israeli military aggression on the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023, has risen to 57,762, in addition to 137,656 wounded with varying degrees of injury.
The Ministry reported that “the death toll and the number of wounded since March 18, 2025 (the occupation’s violation of the truce) has reached 7,200, in addition to 25,615 wounded.” It noted that “nine martyrs and more than 78 wounded arrived at hospitals in the Gaza Strip, among those killed in aid, during the past 24 hours. Meanwhile, the total number of those killed in the struggle for their livelihood who arrived at hospitals rose to 782 martyrs and more than 5,101 wounded.”
Since October 7, 2023, the Israeli enemy forces have continued their war of aggression and the crime of genocide against civilians in the Gaza Strip.
