Gaza continues to endure one of the most devastating and prolonged genocidal campaigns of the modern era, as Israeli occupation forces—armed and politically shielded by the United States—intensify their war on a besieged population. For the 643rd straight day, airstrikes, artillery fire, and systematic targeting of displaced civilians have left the Strip in ruins, with global powers silent and Arab regimes complicit through inaction.
According to Palestinian sources, dozens of civilians were martyred or wounded in Israeli air and artillery attacks across various parts of the besieged Strip since early Thursday.
Israeli tanks carried out a surprise incursion Thursday morning near the Turkish Well and the slaughterhouse area south of Khan Younis, firing live rounds and tear gas at tents sheltering displaced families. Dozens were reportedly treated for suffocation.
Massacre in Deir Al-Balah
At least 16 civilians, including women and children, were killed and others injured in what sources described as a massacre near Al-Tayara roundabout in Deir Al-Balah, central Gaza. The victims were reportedly waiting in line to receive nutritional supplements when they were targeted.
In the same region, Israeli artillery shelled the Al-Sham’a area in the Zeytoun neighborhood, southeast of Gaza City. Israeli occupation forces also demolished several homes in the city’s eastern districts.
Four additional civilians were martyred and others wounded when an Israeli airstrike hit the Abu Jaldah family home in the Al-Bureij refugee camp early Thursday.

Children Among the Dead
One of the victims, child Yusuf Hassan Al-Amour, died of injuries sustained in an earlier strike on a civilian vehicle near the Asdaa intersection in Khan Younis. That attack initially claimed four lives. Separately, one man was killed in a strike on the Thabet family home in the Nuseirat refugee camp, while two more were killed when their car was targeted near the Asdaa media town, also in Khan Younis, late Wednesday.
Displaced Families Under Fire
Five more Palestinians were killed and others wounded just after midnight when Israeli forces bombed tents sheltering displaced people near Well 19 in the Al-Mawasi area west of Khan Younis.
Hospitals in central Gaza reported the arrival of one martyr and 14 wounded—seven critically—after Israeli occupation forces shelled a crowd of civilians near al-Razzi restaurant in the Nuseirat market district.

Unrelenting Genocide, Starvation, and Displacement
The Israeli assault on Gaza, backed by unwavering US support, has so far claimed over 57,680 lives, injured 137,409, and left more than 11,000 missing, according to the Palestinian Ministry of Health. Entire neighborhoods have been reduced to rubble. A devastating famine, manufactured through siege and bombardment, has killed dozens—especially children.
More than two million Palestinians now live in forced displacement amid total infrastructure collapse, under what human rights experts increasingly describe as one of the gravest humanitarian and moral catastrophes of the 21st century.
