Leader of the Islamic Revolution in Iran Imam Sayyed Ali Khamenei hailed the Iranian nation on the victory against the Zionist entity, stressing that the US strikes on the Islamic Republic were President Donald Trump’s “showmanship.”
In a televised address marking the victory of the Islamic Republic following a 12-day confrontation with the Israeli occupation regime, Imam Khamenei offered congratulations on the victory over the “fallacious Zionist regime.”

His eminence stressed that the Iranian Armed Forces managed to break through the Zionist entity’s multi-layered defense and target urban and military areas.
Imam Khamenei said the US had only intervened in the war because “it felt that if it did not intervene, the Zionist regime would be utterly destroyed.”
“The Zionist regime almost collapsed and was crushed under the strikes of the Islamic Republic,” he added.
The Leader also stated that Iran “delivered a hand slap to America’s face”.
“The US hit nuclear sites but couldn’t achieve much. US President Trump needed to do showmanship,” Imam Khamenei said, stressing that any future aggression against the Islamic Republic “will come at a great cost.”
His eminence hailed the strike on the US base of Al Udeid, saying: “For Iran to have access to major US bases and reach them is a great thing, and in the future it could be repeated in case of renewed aggression.”
The fact that the Islamic Republic has access to key US centers in the region and can take action whenever it deems necessary is a significant matter. Such an action can be repeated in the future too. Should any aggression occur, the enemy will definitely pay a heavy price.

“Iran’s enemies use excuses like missiles or our nuclear program, but they are actually looking for our surrender, Imam Khamenei stated.
“Trump, in one of his speeches, said Iran needs to surrender. Trump has unveiled the truth that the US will only be satisfied with Iran’s surrender – but surrender will never happen, our nation is powerful.”
