According to Palestinian media, the occupation forces have besieged the camp and engaged in armed clashes with Palestinian fighters. This escalation began on Saturday and has continued into Sunday. The occupation forces have resorted to bombing homes with Energa shells and bulldozing streets, causing destruction and chaos in the city and camp.

The situation has become even more dire as Israeli occupation forces have surrounded key medical facilities, including Jenin Governmental Hospital, Ibn Sina Hospital, and the headquarters of the Palestinian Red Crescent Society. Ambulances are being prevented from moving freely, requiring prior coordination.

The city of Jenin and its camp are now under constant surveillance by Israeli drones, while sniper teams have been deployed on rooftops and inside the camp. Occupation vehicles and soldiers are present in large numbers, creating a tense and volatile atmosphere.

In addition to the clashes in Jenin, tragedy struck in the city of Al-Bireh, where a Palestinian child named Muhammad Riad Saleh, aged 16, was killed by Israeli occupation bullets. Meanwhile, in the village of Yatma, south of Nablus, a young man named Uday Misbah Sanobar, aged 30, was martyred during confrontations with occupation Israeli forces.
The death toll in the West Bank has now reached approximately 235 since the start of the Al-Aqsa Flood Battle initiated by the Palestinian resistance on October 7. Additionally, nearly 3,000 people have been wounded in the ongoing violence.

The Palestinian Prisoners’ Club has also reported a significant increase in the number of detainees in the West Bank, which now stands at 3,160 since the start of the Israeli aggression.
