Hezbollah marked on Saturday in the southern city of Nabatiyeh the anniversary of Muharram 13, organizing a crowded procession after the end of Ashura recitation.

During Ashura ceremony, the head of Hezbollah executive council Sayyed Hashem Safieddine stressed the importance of protecting the resistance path and achievement despite the major sacrifices that must be offered in this context.

Sayyed Safieddine also called on all the Lebanese factions to activate the national agreements away from the foreign impositions in order to save the country from the political, security and economic crises.

Regionally, his eminence pointed out that the latest developments show the US deception and Saudi malice as they claim to be fighting ISIL while they are employing it to cover up their losses.

Sayyed Safieddine also reiterated Hezbollah constant support to the Yemenis against the Saudi aggression, hailing the Palestinian steadfastness against the Israeli threats.
