Under relentless Israeli bombardment, Gaza marked its 103rd day of war with another wave of death and destruction. At least 27 Palestinians were martyred in fresh airstrikes early Saturday, compounding the toll from a deadly Friday that saw nearly 100 people killed in what Palestinian officials described as a string of massacres.
The besieged enclave is reeling from a deepening humanitarian catastrophe, with the Gaza Government Media Office confirming that 66 children have now died from malnutrition as the Israeli enemy’s blockade continues to choke off aid and essential supplies.
UN Warns of Health System Collapse
The United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) warned that Gaza’s health response is under immense strain. The agency cited extensive damage to medical infrastructure, restrictions on safe movement, and the blockade on critical supplies, including medical aid and fuel.

Civilian Deaths Mount Across Gaza
Four members of the same family were martyred in Israeli shelling while inspecting their home in Al-Qarara. Two others were shot dead by Israeli occupation forces near an American aid center north of Rafah, in southern Gaza.
In the eastern town of Abasan Al-Kabira near Khan Younis, three more civilians were martyred in an airstrike. Meanwhile, a child was martyred and others injured in a strike on the Adnan Al-Alami School in northern Beach Camp, west of Gaza City.
Three siblings were also martyred when the Israeli occupation forces targeted a tent sheltering displaced families in al-Mawasi, Khan Younis. In a separate strike on the same school in Gaza City, one child was martyred and ten others injured.
Israeli aircraft launched two more raids early Saturday on eastern Gaza City, coinciding with artillery shelling. Separately, Zionist forces demolished residential buildings in the Ma’an area of eastern Khan Younis.
