Israeli occupation forces continue their brutal Gaza offensive for the 26th straight day, as Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu—backed by the US and shielded by global silence—blatantly breaches a ceasefire deal.
The aggression has led to more massacres and acts of genocide against civilians, displaced families, and entire neighborhoods. Since March 18, at least 1,522 civilians have been killed and 3,834 others wounded in varying degrees.

Children Among Victims in Ongoing Airstrikes
Israeli airstrikes targeted a tent sheltering displaced families in Al-Mawasi, Khan Younis, injuring several civilians—most of them children. Additional strikes hit a home on Al-Nakheel Street in Gaza City’s Tuffah neighborhood, also injuring multiple civilians, mostly children.

UNRWA Warns: Gaza Nearing Catastrophic Hunger
Meanwhile, the United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) warned that Gaza is “on the brink of extreme hunger” as essential supplies are nearly exhausted due to the ongoing Israeli siege and the closure of all crossings since March 2.
“With the Israeli blockade now in its seventh week, essential supplies are nearly depleted. Prices have soared, and infants and children are going to sleep hungry,” said Juliette Touma, UNRWA’s Director of Communications.

Touma stressed that Gaza is dangerously close to a full-scale famine without immediate access to humanitarian and commercial aid. She called for an immediate ceasefire, the lifting of the siege, and the unrestricted entry of aid and supplies.
According to the Palestinian Ministry of Health, the overall toll since October 7, 2023, has reached 50,886 martyrs, with 115,857 injured, including many in critical and life-threatening condition.
