The arrogant criminal, who thought that ‘Israel’ had become the center of the world, was baffled by all the aspects of his White House session on Monday.
The Israeli circles continued following up the repercussions of the meeting between PM Benjamin Netanyahu and the US President Donald Trump at the White House, considering that the latter exposed the reality of the former.
The Zionist media concentrated on the way how Trump summoned Netanyahu, who was on a visit to Hungary, and scheduled a hasty meeting with him.
According to the Israeli circles, Trump wanted to affirm that ‘Israel’ ought to follow, not lead, the US in the confrontation with Iran and slapped Netanyahu by announcing the nuclear file talks during the press conference.
Israeli nuclear affairs researcher Ariel Levita said, “I believe Netanyahu was not aware in advance of Trump’s decision to negotiate with Iran. Trump wants to advance these negotiations, and he has succeeded in doing so, as Iran has returned to the negotiation table at a high level.”
In turn, Israeli military analyst Alon Ben-David considered that “Netanyahu’s facial expression during the meeting revealed everything. He seemed deeply surprised. His proposal to implement the Libyan model and completely dismantle the Iranian nuclear program is unrealistic. What Trump can achieve is only delaying the program for a few years.”
For her part, Eilat Sibon, head of the Iran department at the Zionist MEMRI Institute, said, “Iran has effectively become a nuclear threshold state and is seeking recognition of this status from Trump. The latter is adopting Obama’s position: no nuclear weapons for Iran, but without a military confrontation. Conversely, Israel cannot act alone, because insulting the world’s rulers is out of the question. The Iranians are very adept at negotiating, and no one presents their position like them.”
“Netanyahu was just a voice off to the side, heard only when prompted by the host. Trump was the puppeteer, and Netanyahu was the mute, obedient puppet,” Jerusalem Post summarized the whole story.
