The Israeli enemy launched on Saturday a series of heavy air strikes on several areas across southern Lebanon, leaving casualties including martyrs, in a new aggression on the Arab country despite the ceasefire deal which took effect in late November 2024.
Al-Manar correspondent said the Israeli enemy launched at least 20 strikes on southern Lebanese towns.
The most massive strike was on Touline town which left casualties our correspondent reported, adding that efforts to remove rubble are underway.

Lebanese Health Ministry’s Emergency Operations Center announced that the strike in Touline claimed lives of two citizens, including a girl, and wounded at least ten others, including two children.
The Israeli strikes also targeted Mlita, Buslaia, Sujud and Safi in the area of Iqlim Al-Tuffah and Al-Rihan Mount, according to Al-Manar correspondent.
Furthermore, the Israeli enemy struck the outskirts of Kfar Shouba and Al-Jebbain towns, as well as an area between the towns of Yuhmor Al-Shaqeef and Deir Mimas.
Earlier on Saturday, the Israeli occupation army claimed that several rockets were fired from southern Lebanon, targeting the Israeli settlement of Metula.
For its part, the Lebanese Army Command announced that its units conducted search and inspection operations across south Lebanon.
As a result, the army units discovered three rudimentary rocket launch platforms in the area north of the Litani River, between the towns of Kfar Tebnit and Arnoun in Nabatieh, South Lebanon, and proceeded to dismantle them, the Lebanese Army Command said in a post on X.
