Member of Loyalty to Resistance parliamentary bloc, Dr. Ibrahim Al-Moussawi, commented in a statement on the Zionist aggression, describing it as a serious violation and a blatant and explicit aggression that breaches the executive procedures of Resolution 1701.
“Once again in less than a month, the Israeli enemy forces are carrying out a criminal aggression deep inside Lebanese territory, which resulted in the martyrdom of two people and the injury of two others. This constitutes a serious violation and a blatant and explicit aggression that breaches the executive procedures of Resolution 1701, which places the responsible parties concerned and guarantors of the implementation of the agreement before their responsibilities in firmly confronting the enemy’s violations of Lebanese sovereignty.”
MP Al-Moussaiw affirmed that his persistent and systematic escalation by the enemy without any serious and responsible action by the international guarantors shows their indifference or inability at best, and confirms the enemy’s disavowal of any serious obligations and its lack of respect for the international community as a whole.
“The Lebanese state, represented by the presidency, the government and the army, is requested to take immediate action by all available means to quickly put an end to the Zionist criminality and stop this ongoing aggression on the Lebanese and violation of the sovereignty of the state over its lands.”
If the criminal attacks against Lebanon by the enemy continue without the international community taking deterrent punitive measures or condemning the enemy and obligating it to respect the approved agreements and understandings, it shall be considered an encouragement to it to continue its acts of aggression, according to MP Al-Mouusawi who added that this may turn to be an implicit acceptance and collusion with it in the policy of killing, destruction, bulldozing and violation of sovereignty, which is completely condemned and contradicts the simplest principles of respecting the sovereignty of states and protecting their peoples and properties.
The Zionist border violations also included throwing flares at the outskirts of Naqoura and Alma Al-shaab.
