Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said Moscow is ready to discuss possible of reducing nuclear arsenals.

Lavrov said the remarks at a Russian Armed Forces General Staff Military Academy lecture Thursday.

“We are ready to discuss the possibility of further reducing nuclear capabilities, but only taking into account all the factors and not just the number of strategic offensive weapons,” said the top Russian diplomat.
