Russian Foreign Minister, Sergey Lavrov warned against the consequences of Britain’s supplying depleted uranium shells to Kyiv’s regime.
“The UK’s shipment of depleted uranium munitions to Ukraine would be a step toward further escalation of the conflict, Lavruv said in a press conference with his Eritrean counterpart.
On the other hand, Lavrov pointed out that depleted uranium shells would greatly reduce Ukraine’s ability to produce quality, uncontaminated foods, and it might lose the ability to produce agricultural production entirely.
The British Minister of State for Defence Annabel Goldie has pledged in a statement published yesterday to transfer depleted uranium ammunition to Kiev.
