Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir abdollahian strongly condemned the recent Israeli strike on the Gaza Strip, saying the Zionist regime continues to create conflict in order to whitewash the multi-layered crises inside the occupied territories.
In a telephone conversation with Secretary General of Palestinian Islamic Jihad movement Ziad al-Nakhala on Saturday, Amir abdollahian strongly condemned the recent Israeli attack on the people of Gaza.
He said there is no doubt that the Palestinian resistance and the people of Gaza will emerge victorious in this struggle.
The Iranian foreign minister then paid tribute to the martyrs of Palestine and also those who were killed in the latest brutal attack by the Zionists on the Gaza Strip.
Amir abdollahian added that Israel is trying to cover up the multi-layered crises in the occupied Palestinian territories by continuing to create crisis.
For his part, Nakhala appreciated the Iranian people and government for their support for Palestine and briefed Amir abdollahian on the latest developments in Gaza.
He said today, the Zionist regime is at its weakest state and the resistance fighters are protecting the people of Gaza and Palestine with dignity and full force and keep seeking to liberate the holy city of al-Quds, the Foreign Ministry’s website reported.
Nakhala added that the Islamic Jihad has responded to the Zionist regime by relying on God and the power of the Palestinian resistance. “We will achieve a crucial milestone in this confrontation.”
