Hezbollah Deputy Secretary General Sheikh Naim Qassem stressed that the upcoming parliamentary election is basic and occurs in a critical stage, calling for a heavy turnout in order to frustrate the US scheme in Lebanon.
Addressing Hezbollah ceremony held to announce Al-Bekaa election machines, Sheikh Qassem stressed that the Party’s program is based on defending the nation, building the state, and sustaining independence.
Sheikh Qassem indicated that the pro-US candidates have a dangerous scheme stressing that voting for Hezbollah candidates contributes to protecting the Resistance.
Finally, Sheikh Qassem noted that Hezbollah will present, during the new parliamentary term, a new approach for the reform on a national basis.
It is worth noting that the parliamentary elections will be held on May 15.
