Lebanese caretaker Health Minister Hamad Hasan slammed delay in paying for the release of stored medicines.
In a post on his Twitter account, Hasan said that since his last visit to the Central Bank last week, his ministry “has been working day and night on the subsidized medicines and milk list based on priority, awaiting as well the bank’s promise to pay for the release of stored medicines.”
“People’s health is not a hostage to your moods and financial policies,” he stressed, concluding his post: “Enough is enough.”
