Moscow believes that a suitable solution to the North Korean issue could be found if all parties, including the United States, South Korea and Japan, exercised a reasonable approach, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said on Tuesday.
“We expect that through reasonable approach of all actors, including the United States, South Korea and Japan, we could find a decision that would satisfy all parties,” Lavrov told reporters.
On Saturday, the UN Security Council unanimously adopted a resolution tightening sanctions against North Korea because of the latter’s recent missile tests.
