The Israeli occupation army renewed its violation of Lebanese sovereignty and the ceasefire agreement, including UN Resolution 1701.
In this context, the National News Agency stated that on Friday morning, the Abu Laban neighborhood in the town of Aita al-Shaab, Bint Jbeil District, southern Lebanon, was struck by a number of Israeli artillery shells.
Separately, the agency noted that “a hostile Israeli infantry force crossed the border and entered the Wazzani Parks in southern Lebanon.”
These ongoing Israeli violations of Lebanese sovereignty and the ceasefire agreement raise questions about the role of the international community and all the diplomatic and political efforts aimed at protecting Lebanon from Israeli aggression.
