On the 413th day of the ongoing Israeli aggression on Gaza, the death toll continues to rise. Medical sources have confirmed that 17 people were killed in overnight raids by Israeli occupation forces across the besieged coastal enclave. This brings the total number of casualties to around 110 since Thursday morning.

Amid the relentless Israeli attacks, media reports from within Gaza indicate that several Palestinian civilians were also injured after being targeted by Israeli drone strikes in the Jabalia al-Nazla area, north of the Strip.
In the Shuja’iyya neighborhood of Gaza City, an airstrike on the home of the Abu Asr family claimed 8 lives, while 5 Palestinians were killed in a bombing of a house north of the Nuseirat refugee camp in the central region. Two more Palestinians were martyred in a strike that hit a house west of Deir al-Balah city.

The southern Gaza Strip has also seen a grim escalation, with the death toll rising to 3 people, including two young girls, after an Israeli attack targeted a tent sheltering displaced civilians in the al-Mawasi area, west of Khan Yunis.
Meanwhile, the northern Gaza Strip continues to bear the brunt of the ongoing offensive, as the Israeli occupation forces have intensified their bombardment of the Jabalia refugee camp. Residential buildings in the area have been systematically destroyed, in what appears to be a deliberate attempt to displace the local population.

On October 5, the occupation army invaded the northern Gaza governorate under the pretext of preventing the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) from regaining its strength in the area, committing the most heinous atrocities against the people of the north in a clear attempt to displace them in implementation of the so-called “generals’ plan.”
The Palestinians confirm that the enemy wants to occupy the northern Gaza Strip and turn it into a buffer zone after displacing its residents under the pressure of continuous bloody bombing and a tight siege that prevents the entry of food, water and medicine.
