Hezbollah rained rockets and drones, targeting Israeli sites on Sunday in response to Israeli aggression on Lebanon and in support of the honorable people Gaza, the Lebanese resistance group announced.
In several statements, Hezbollah’s Military Media declared strikes on Israeli sites in northern occupied Palestine, employing rockets and drones.
The first statement read that Hezbollah’s Islamic Resistance fighters bombarded early on Sunday the headquarters of the 188th Brigade’s armored battalion at “Rawiya” barracks with dozens of Katyusha rockets.
The missile strike was “in support of our steadfast Palestinian people and honorable Resistance in the Gaza Strip, and in response to the Israeli enemy’s attacks on the steadfast southern villages and safe homes, especially the attack on the town of Sarafand,” the statement added.
The second strike saw Islamic Resistance fighters targeting a technical system at Al-Malkiya site with an assault glider, at 06:45.
The attack was “in support of our steadfast Palestinian people and honorable Resistance in the Gaza Strip,” the second statement noted.
Later at 07:50 another assault glider targeted a positioning of enemy soldiers at Metula site, achieving confirmed hits, the third statement read, noting that the strike was “in support of our steadfast Palestinian people and honorable Resistance in the Gaza Strip.”
The Islamic Resistance fighters also targeted, at 11:20, the espionage equipment at Ruweisat Al-Alam site in the occupied Lebanese Kfar Shuba hills with a guided missile, scoring a direct hit that led to its destruction, according to the fourth statement.
At 16:05 the Islamic Resistance fighters targeted the Israeli enemy’s bunkers in Al-Zaoura with rocket weapons, achieving a direct hit, the fifth statement read, adding that the strike was “in support of our steadfast Palestinian people and honorable Resistance in the Gaza Strip.”
Then at 17:15, the Islamic Resistance fighters targeted the spy equipment at Ramya site with a guided missile, achieving a direct hit which led to its destruction, according to the sixth statement.
The seventh strike for Sunday achieved a direct hit, when the Islamic Resistance fighters targeted Al-Samaqa site in the occupied Lebanese Kfar Shuba Hills with rocket weapons at 17:30.
Later on Sunday, the Islamic Resistance fighters targeted buildings used by Israeli enemy soldiers in Shlomi settlement with appropriate weapons, achieving a direct hit, Hezbollah Military Media’s eighth statement read.
It noted that the strike was “in support of our steadfast Palestinian people and honorable Resistance in the Gaza Strip, and in response to the Israeli enemy’s attacks on the steadfast (Lebanese) southern villages and safe homes.”
Hezbollah’s ninth strike was an aerial attack with swarms of assault drones that targeted the command headquarters of the Military Gathering battalion of Golan Brigade at Yarden barracks.
The attack precisely hit positions and settlements of the Israeli battalion’s officers and soldiers, inflicting losses, including casualties among the ranks of the occupation forces, the ninth statement read.
The statement noted that the drone strike was “in support of our steadfast Palestinian people and honorable Resistance in the Gaza Strip, and in response to the Israeli enemy’s attack on the Beqaa area last night, which resulted in civilian casualties, including children.”
Then at 19:20, the Islamic Resistance fighters targeted the Israeli enemy’s artillery bunkers in Dishon with rocket weapons, scoring direct hits, according to the tenth statement.
Meanwhile on Sunday, Al-Manar correspondent in south Lebanon reported Israeli strikes and shellings that targeted several towns across south Lebanon, including Adaisseh, Rub Al-Thalatheen, Shebaa, Kfar Hamam, Kfar Kila, Markaba, Houla, Mais Al-Jabal, Alma Al-Shaab and Rashaya Al-Fakhar.

Also on Sunday, local media reported that an Israeli drone dropped leaflets on the morning over the southeastern Lebanese village of Wazzani and nearby areas, calling on local residents to evacuate to the north of the town of Khiam.

However, the Israeli occupation army distanced itself from the move, declaring that the flyers were distributed by a brigade commander without approval from senior officers.
The occupation army said “there are no evacuation orders for civilians in southern Lebanon,” and that it had “launched an investigation into the incident,” according to The Times of Israel.
