Under the pretext of chasing Hezbollah funds, the US Treasury imposed a macro-economic siege on Lebanon, ordering the permanent closure of a number of local banks.
The US administration also forced all the Lebanese politicians, who adore the “American god”, to transact all their deposits abroad, and blocked all the US dollar flow into Lebanon.
As a result, the value of the Lebanese pound exchange rate against the US dollar reached an unprecedented low, shaking the socioeconomic stability of the entire country.
Power and Gas Deals

As a result, Lebanon has remained under the dreadful economic conditions due to the US impositions.

In conclusion, the US occupation has turned the Lebanese human being to be living as a prisoner that suffers from all the harsh conditions. The US embassy imposed inflation, unemployment, power outage, and telecommunication disruption on all the Lebanese people.
The military prison at Guantánamo Bay continued to facilitate grave violations of human rights by the US government. Similarly, the Lebanese people are suffering from the US human rights violations in light of the above-mentioned facts.
