Israeli Alternate Prime Minister and Defense Minister Benny Gantz said Tuesday he hopes the Zionist regime will make peace “inside” the entity as well as outside the occupied territories.

Gantz made the comments shortly before Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was to sign so-called peace agreements with UAE and Bahrain in Washington.

“I hope that we will start making peace at home as well, it is no less important,” Gantz told Ynet. “It is time to start taking care of ourselves as well and not just of the outside world.”
