Israeli Foreign Minister Gabi Ashkenazi said Thursday that the Zionist entity has moved on “from annexation to normalization”.
In a press conference with his German counterpart Heiko Maass in Berlin, Ashkenazi said: “It is very clear that the Israeli government has moved on from the prospect of annexation to normalization.”
“We have left the door open for our neighbors and now it is their decision whether to join. What happened with the UAE is an example that progress can only be achieved through dialogue,” the Israeli minister added.
He was referring to the announcement of normalizing ties between the Zionist entity and the United Arab Emirates earlier last week.
