A Palestinian was martyred by Israeli occupation forces on Tuesday night after reportedly stabbing two Israeli occupation soldiers who had raided his home in the town of Silwad, as resistance continues against ongoing military incursions across the occupied West Bank.

According to Israeli Channel 12, forces from the 94th Battalion of the Kfir Brigade came under attack while entering a building where several Palestinians were present, with one individual using a knife to stab two soldiers. Following the incident, occupation troops shot and killed the Palestinian. A young man was also detained during the raid.

The developments unfold as Israeli forces continue wide-scale raids across multiple areas in the occupied West Bank, including Qabatiya, south of Jenin, where overnight detentions and searches were reported. Raids also extended to the town of Kobar north of Ramallah, the al-Ghawari roundabout area east of Nablus, and the town of Kafr Qaddum east of Qalqilya, where two Palestinians were detained.

Further incursions were reported in the Arroub refugee camp north of al-Khalil (Hebron), while forces also raided a home in the Fawwar refugee camp to the south of the city. In occupied al-Quds (Jerusalem), Israeli forces stormed a residential building during an incursion into the Shuafat refugee camp.

Settler Violence Surges Alongside Military Raids

In a separate instance of Israeli aggression, occupation forces uprooted at least 500 olive trees two days ago at the entrance to the village of Burqa, northwest of Nablus, local sources reported. The destruction targeted agricultural land that serves as a key source of livelihood for residents.

In the Christian Palestinian town of Beit Sahour, east of Beit Lahm (Bethlehem), armed Israeli settlers reportedly stormed the area, opened fire on Palestinians, and obstructed them from accessing their land. According to reports, a man was assaulted on his property in the Jabal Harasha area, sustaining injuries that required hospital treatment. The area has seen a rise in repeated attacks, with settlers attempting to restrict Palestinian access to farmland.

In occupied al-Quds, occupation forces reportedly used loudspeakers to threaten residents of the Qalandia refugee camp with displacement, telling them to “prepare their bags” and warning of a fate similar to that of the Jenin camp. This came alongside the expulsion of ambulance crews and journalists and the conversion of homes into military barracks.

In the towns of al-Ram and Kafr Aqab, north of al-Quds, the occupation carried out a widespread detention campaign targeting a large number of youths, who were reportedly abused and taken away blindfolded in a humiliating manner.

The occupation authorities also issued demolition notices for dozens of commercial and residential structures in al-Ram, Kafr Aqab, and the Qalandia camp, claiming the orders were due to building without permits. The al-Quds Governorate said the notices were delivered to shops and homeowners under this pretext.
