Head of Hezbollah’s Executive Council, Sheikh Ali Daamoush, stressed that “today, we are crafting our Karbala against a criminal Zionist enemy that moves its aggression from one place to another, from one country to the next”, adding that its latest assault targeted Iran in a treacherous and barbaric act, with direct American involvement—seeking to destroy its nuclear program, disable its missile capabilities, and destabilize the Islamic system, with the aim of dragging Iran into unconditional surrender.
In his Friday sermon, his eminence explained that the aggressors used deception, manipulation, all forms of military capabilities, and technological warfare—backed by allies and internal collaborators—yet they failed, noting that they could not end the nuclear project, disable the missile power, destabilize the system, nor coerce Iran into submission.
Instead, Iran emerged more resilient, determined, and victorious through its steadfastness and missile power, Sheikh Daamoush added.
He emphasized that all American and “Israeli” efforts to obscure the truth, exaggerate achievements, or conceal the real outcome of the war cannot diminish Iran’s victory or conceal the failure of the American-Zionist camp.
He noted that Iran has proven itself a regional power too great to be broken, too dignified to surrender—because surrender is for the cowardly, the weak, and the dishonorable—not for the brave and the noble.
“And under the leadership of His Eminence Imam Sayyed Ali Khamenei (May his shadow endure), Iran remains the homeland of the strong and the honorable, and will not bow to the will of tyrants and imperialists—regardless of the sacrifices.”
Sheikh Daamoush affirmed that Iran—with its history, determination, cohesion, and national dignity—cannot be subdued, stressing that Iran’s victory in this battle is a victory for the Palestinian cause and for all resistance movements in the region.
He warned that the Israeli and American regimes, along with their Western allies, must understand that their arrogance, supremacy, and aggression will only fuel the spirit of resistance among the region’s peoples.
“Their project to subjugate Iran and eliminate resistance movements is a fantasy—mere delusion and illusion.”
He also criticized certain figures in Lebanon who, lacking national and moral conscience, aligned themselves with the aggressors, hoping the Zionist-American attack on Iran would lead to its collapse, paving the way for outcomes they wished to impose on Lebanon.
“They were disappointed by the failure of their predictions—just as they were previously when they wagered on Israel’s ability to crush Hezbollah.”
Sheikh Daamoush, “They must learn from past lessons and stop building their bets on doomed illusions—because if they persist, they will soon find themselves outside reality… and outside of history.”
