Hezbollah officials denounced on Tuesday the Israeli aggression on Beirut’s southern suburb, Dahiyeh, warning that the resistance group has fully recovered following the brutal 66-day war on Lebanon.
In remarks carried by Al-Manar, Member of Hezbollah’s Loyalty to Resistance parliamentary bloc MP Ibrahim Al-Moussawi said described the dawn strike as “a serious aggression and a shift to a new phase.”
As he held the US fully responsible for the aggression, the lawmaker called on the Lebanese Government and Presidency to “act at the highest level and hold the int’l community accountable.”
In other remarks he published on his X account, MP Al-Moussawi commented on Israeli claims that the targeted building included Hezbollah headquarters.
“Israeli FM says that the army targeted Hezbollah headquarters in Dahiyeh at dawn. However, the truth is that the enemy targeted residential apartments inhabited by civilians, and the world witnessed the falsity of the enemy’s claims live on air!”

For his part, Hezbollah MP Ali Ammar said “the Israeli enemy through such attacks offends the reputation of the international community.”
“Hezbollah exercises the utmost level of patience, but patience has limits,” he warned in remarks carried by Al-Manar as he stressed that the resistance group has fully recovered following the latest Israeli war on Lebanon.
Earlier at dawn on Tuesday, an Israeli strike on a residential building in Dahiyeh’s Moawwad area killed at least four people and injured seven others. The strike targeted the upper three stories of the structure and also caused material damage to the area, local media reported.
