In a new Zionist escalation against Lebanon, the Israeli enemy’s warplanes launched early Tuesday an aggression on the southern suburb of the capital Beirut, targeting a residential building in Moawwad neighborhood.
The attack, which violates the UN Resolution 1701 and the wobbly ceasefire, left four martyrs and seven injuries, according to an latest toll published by the ministry of public health.
Witnesses reported also intensive flight of the Zionist war jets at a low altitude over the targeted area and many Lebanese cities.
The rescue teams rushed into the scene in order to move the casualties into a close hospital, knowing that the three upper floors of the targeted building were extensively damaged by the air raid.
The Israeli air raid comes days after an aggression launched by the Zionist enemy on a residential building in Beirut’s Dahiyeh on Friday, March 28, 2025, recording the second attack on the Southern Suburb since the ceasefire took effect on November 27, 2024.
