Al-Quds Brigades’ Jenin Battalion issued a video showing Israeli losses during the raid in Jenin on Monday.
The footage includes several scenes showcasing the Israeli occupation forces coming under several attacks by Palestinian fighters who were, according to Israeli media, well prepared to confront the Israeli aggression.
Israeli media reported that seven Israeli soldiers were injured during the Jenin raid, noting that helicopters were deployed to the area of clashes in order to evacuate the wounded.
Later on Monday media blackout was imposed on the casualties as occupation military ordered tightened censorship on the nature of injuries the soldiers sustained during the operation in Jenin.
Israeli Walla News reported that at least five Israeli vehicles were damaged after being hit by Palestinian fire.
Jenin Battalion’s fighters planted several routes with local-made “Tamer” explosive devices, called after martyr Tamer Al-Nashrati, a fighter known for his braveries against Israeli forces in Jenin.
Israeli media reported on Monday that an Israeli investigation was launched in a bid to know how Palestinian fighters know the route Israeli forces would take while withdrawing from Jenin.
The withdrawal route “was excessively planted by roadside bombs,” Israeli media reported.
