A number of unidentified gunmen, on Wednesday evening, opened fire at citizens and the police in the city of Iza in Khuzestan province, claiming four martyrs.
According to a report by Fars news agency, unidentified gunmen opened fire today, Wednesday, at residents and police in the city of Iza, killing 4 people.
An informed security source said in a statement: “A number of unidentified persons opened fire this evening, Wednesday, at the people and members of the Internal Security Forces in the city of Izeh.”
“A number of people and policemen were injured and martyred in this terrorist incident,” the source added.
The same source stated that 4 people were killed and 6 others were wounded in this attack, after the attackers opened fire with Kalashnikov weapons at the citizens.
