Forming a new government and electing a new president are two constitutional entitlements occupying the Lebanese politics nowadays.
Political disputes among the various parties have prevented the Lebanese from having a new government that is expected to assume its full political and socioeconomic responsibilities.
The same rifts and quarrels have been procrastinating any agreement on at least holding the presidential election regardless of the nominees.
As the economic figures indicate a rapidly increasing rates of poverty of inflation in Lebanon, the poor Lebanese are not interested in the political debates.
The Lebanese people are just looking for a better state performance which help them get out of the current economic woe.
The tragic story is that some senior officials turn their blind eye to the people agonies, concentrating only on the foreign interventions which secure their private interests.
Finally, if the concerned authorities will not respect the constitutional deadlines, the Lebanese will find it so difficult to avert the deadly lines of the crisis.
