The political contacts aimed at creating the Lebanon Lebanese government continued on Thursday but failed to reach any break through, according to Al-Manar TV sources.
The sources added that new names have been suggested in the context of the suggested lineup, adding that the upcoming hours will clarify whether those names have been accepted.
PM-designate Najib Mikati may take a decision to quit his governmental mission, Al-Manar sources had said on Wednesday, considering that the delay in the cabinet formation will exacerbate the ongoing economic crisis in the country.
On July 26, Mikati was nominated by 73 members of the parliament to form the new government during the binding parliamentary consultations at Baabda Palace.
