The Islamic Resistance Operations Room issued on Thursday a statement to detail the confrontation with and frustration of the enemy’s attempts to reach Ali Al-Taher Heights.
The statement indicated that the Resistance has been targeting the enemy forces with rockets, drones, and loitering gliders [FPV], inflicting heavy losses upon the Zionist officers, soldiers, and vehicles and forcing them to retreat.
What follows is the text of the statement:
{The hosts will be defeated, and they will turn their backs in retreat.}
Allah Almighty is Truthful
The “Israeli” enemy army has been attempting for the past four days to advance toward Kfar Tebnit town and Ali Al-Taher area through multiple axes, supported by intense artillery bombardment targeting the area and an aerial intelligence encirclement carried out by enemy reconnaissance aircraft. The Islamic Resistance fighters confronted all of these attempts by targeting enemy movements and concentrations with rockets, drones, and loitering gliders [FPV], inflicting heavy losses upon the enemy among its officers, soldiers, and vehicles, forcing it to retreat and deploy helicopters under artillery and smoke cover during the night to evacuate its casualties.
Yesterday, Wednesday, 17-06-2026, at 08:00, after monitoring an enemy infantry force infiltrating to establish positions on the northeastern outskirts of Kfar Tebnit town, and with the call of “Ya Aba Abdillah,” the fighters of the Islamic Resistance targeted it with a swarm of drones and Ababil loitering gliders [FPV], leaving its personnel killed and wounded. The fighters then continued their attack with rocket barrages and artillery shells directed at the target area.
At 01:50 a.m. on Thursday, 18-06-2026, while the enemy was attempting to regroup once again in the crossing area, the fighters targeted a Merkava tank with appropriate weapons, achieving a confirmed hit, which forced the concentrated enemy force to withdraw from the area.
The Islamic Resistance affirms that enemy forces are still positioned on the southern outskirts of Kfar Tebnit town toward Arnoun, and that the Kfar Tebnit–Ali Al-Taher area will remain inaccessible to enemy incursions. There, the fighters will continue to write Karbala-inspired epics in defense of their country and people.
