Israeli newspaper Maariv reported that a Hezbollah drone laden with explosives targeted a Hummer vehicle carrying several Israeli enemy soldiers in the town of Khiam, southern Lebanon, in the latest operation by the Islamic Resistance.

Earlier on Sunday morning, the Israeli Ministry of Health updated its casualty figures since the start of “Operation Lion’s Roar,” indicating that the total number of injuries admitted to Israeli hospitals since the beginning of the war has reached 9,026.

The data showed that the number of injuries recorded in Israeli hospitals from the northern front alone i.e., after the ceasefire with Iran stands at 1,125.

These developments come amidst the continued qualitative operations of the Islamic Resistance in Lebanon, which is targeting gatherings of occupation soldiers and their vehicles in the south of the country in response to the violation of the ceasefire agreement signed on April 17th.

Meanwhile, the Israeli occupation army acknowledged on Saturday the death of a captain from the Egoz unit, who succumbed to serious injuries sustained during fighting in southern Lebanon last Thursday, in addition to the death of a soldier from the Shaked battalion of the Givati Brigade in southern Lebanon.
