Hezbollah Military Media announced, in the context of its daily statements issued to detail the Resistance attacks on the Zionist occupation forces in South Lebanon, repelling the enemy’s attempts to advance in the two South Lebanon towns of Haddatha and Al-Bayyada.
In this regard, the statements numbered 39, 40 and 41 mentioned the following:
Statement 39
In defense of Lebanon and its people, and in response to the “Israeli” enemy’s violation of the ceasefire and the attacks on villages in southern Lebanon, which resulted in the martyrdom of civilians and injuries among others, and following the “Israeli” enemy army’s attempt to advance toward Haddatha town in southern Lebanon for the eighth time in two weeks, and while an armored force accompanied by a bulldozer and an infantry unit was infiltrating toward the town’s football field, the Islamic Resistance fighters detonated at 20:50 on the evening of Monday 01-06-2026 two clusters of Improvised Explosive Devices [IEDs] against the advancing force, disabling two armored vehicles. At 23:15, the fighters targeted a Merkava tank with an Ababil loitering glider and bombarded the advancing force with rocket barrages and artillery shells. The confrontation remains ongoing at the time of issuing this statement.
Statement 40
In defense of Lebanon and its people, and in response to the “Israeli” enemy’s violation of the ceasefire and the attacks on villages in southern Lebanon, which resulted in the martyrdom of civilians and injuries among others, and further to Statement No. (39), and after continued monitoring of the advance of the “Israeli” force in Haddatha town, the Islamic Resistance fighters targeted at 23:40 and 23:55 on the evening of Monday 01-06-2026 two Merkava tanks in the Baloua area with two Ababil loitering gliders, achieving confirmed hits.
Statement 41
In defense of Lebanon and its people, and in response to the “Israeli” enemy’s violation of the ceasefire and the attacks on villages in southern Lebanon, which resulted in the martyrdom of civilians and injuries among others, and after monitoring an “Israeli” force consisting of a Merkava tank and three Humvee vehicles advancing toward the Hamra area north of Al-Bayyada town, the Islamic Resistance fighters targeted at 23:10 on the evening of Monday 01-06-2026 the Merkava tank with a guided missile, achieving a direct hit, which forced the advancing force to withdraw toward Al-Bayyada town under a barrage of artillery shells.
