Hezbollah Strikes Persist in Response to Israeli Violations as Northern Front Israeli Injuries Rise to 9 in 24 Hours

The ‘Israeli Ministry of Health’ reported nine new injuries on the northern front over the past 24 hours, according to data released on Sunday, May 18. The latest casualties bring the total number of injuries since the outbreak of war with Iran on February 28, 2016, to 8,752.

In an update to its figures, the enemy ministry confirmed that 851 injured individuals have been admitted to Israeli hospitals from the northern front since the ceasefire with Iran took effect on April 8. Additionally, 433 injuries have been recorded in Israeli hospitals from the northern front since the separate ceasefire with Lebanon on April 17.

The number of Israeli injures continues to climb as the Islamic Resistance in Lebanon presses on with its operations, responding Israeli violations of the ceasefire and ongoing attacks on Lebanese territory, particularly in the south. The resistance says it is targeting gatherings of occupation soldiers and vehicles, ambushing their forces, as well as striking their positions and settlements in northern occupied Palestine.
