Israeli Enemy Goes Ahead with Aggression on Southern Lebanon

Smoke rises after an Israeli air strike in the southern town of Shehour (May 4, 2026).

Israeli occupation forces continue to violate the Lebanon ceasefire announced on April 17, launching a series of airstrikes and artillery bombardments targeting various areas across the country’s south, Al-Manar correspondent reported on Monday.

In the Nabatieh region, enemy warplanes attacked the towns of Kfar Tebnit and Zawtar Al-Sharqiyah, as well as the area between Zawtar Al-Sharqiyah and Zawtar Al-Gharbiyah. Simultaneously, enemy artillery shelled Zawtar Al-Sharqiyah again.

In the Tyre region, warplanes launched airstrikes in the towns of Qana and Debaal, and also targeted the towns of Touline and Shehour with additional airstrikes.

In the Bint Jbeil region, warplanes carried out three airstrikes on the town of Qalawiyah and targeted the town of Barashit with an airstrike, while enemy artillery shelled the towns of Beit Yahoun and Qounine.
