Hezbollah’s Loyalty to the Resistance Bloc on Wednesday condemned what the continued American-Zionist aggression against Lebanon and accused the Lebanese authority of abandoning national leverage by pursuing negotiations with ‘Israel’.
Following its weekly meeting chaired by MP Mohammad Raad, the bloc said Israeli attacks persist in blatant violation of the ceasefire with US cover, while Resistance fighters continue to inflict dozens of dead and wounded on Israeli forces in southern Lebanon.
The bloc said Hezbollah is establishing a new deterrence equation to ensure ‘Israel’ cannot strike without a painful punitive response, and that attempts to impose a new security belt would turn into a graveyard for invaders.
It accused some in the Lebanese authority of using treason rhetoric against a national sect that backs the Resistance, while ignoring US violations of sovereignty, including a scandalous American memo met with destructive ambiguity.
“The path of direct negotiation with the enemy is rejected and condemned,” the statement said, calling it a violation of national constants and the Taif Agreement. “We are in no way concerned with any outcomes it produces.”
The bloc described Israeli strikes on civilians and border villages as war crimes against humanityhat strengthen support for Resistance as the path to liberation. It said the families of martyrs are the symbol of true belonging to Lebanon.
