Hezbollah Military Media published a video that reflects an article posted by Maariv about the return of the Israeli nightmare represented by the IED explosions carried out by Hezbollah fighters against the Israeli occupation forces in South Lebanon.
“The threat of explosive devices in Lebanon was a nightmare that haunted every fighter and every military unit operating in southern Lebanon during the 1980s and 1990s, when the “Israeli” army was entrenched in the Lebanese quagmire within the security zone,” Maariv’s Avi Ashkenazi wrote.
“The advantage of using explosive devices in Lebanon is immense: the topographical conditions, dense vegetation cover outside populated areas, foggy days, and weak visibility for relatively long periods throughout the year—all of this grants Hezbollah elements a relative advantage.”
