Iran has expanded its missile and drone strikes against US targets across multiple Gulf countries, in retaliation to the ongoing US-Israeli aggression on the Islamic Republic.
Explosions were reported in the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman and Saudi Arabia, with several Gulf capitals witnessing air defense activity, fires and damage near critical infrastructure, Iran’s attacks targeted US military installations across the Gulf, including bases in Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait and the UAE, according to regional security reports.

Air defense systems in several countries were activated, with authorities claiming multiple interceptions. However, some projectiles penetrated defenses, striking both military-linked and civilian-adjacent sites.
Missiles and drones struck or were intercepted over Dubai and Abu Dhabi, where debris caused fires and infrastructure damage.
In Qatar’s capital, Doha, explosions were heard as air defense systems engaged incoming projectiles.
In Kuwait, blasts were reported near sensitive locations, including areas close to the US embassy and energy facilities, with falling debris causing injuries and damage.
US Aircraft Crash
Meanwhile in Kuwait, Several US warplanes crashed in Kuwait as Iran state TV said a US F-15 jet in Kuwait was downed after Iranian air defense fire.
“Several US warplanes crashed this morning. Confirming that all crew members survived,” a defense ministry spokesman said in a statement, adding that the cause was under investigation.
“Authorities immediately initiated search and rescue operations, evacuating the crews and transporting them to a hospital for medical evaluation and treatment. He noted that their condition is stable,” the statement added.
Earlier in the day, widely-circulated social media footage showed what appears to be a US F-15 warplane crashing in Kuwait.

The footage, widely shared on social media, appears to show a warplane, believed to be an F-15 belonging to the US, going down.
The footage includes images purportedly showing a pilot, who descended by parachute, being taken in a civilian vehicle.
