Iran Fires New Wave of Missiles at US and Israeli Targets

Iran Fires New Wave of Missiles at Military Targets in Occupied Territories (March 02, 2026).

Iran has launched fresh missile barrages on Sunday evening toward the occupied Palestinian territories, targeting Israeli military and strategic positions.

The strikes resulted in injuries, with Israeli authorities acknowledging that seven people were wounded.

According to Israeli media, the Iranian missiles focused on areas including the occupied areas of Gush Dan, Al-Quds, Kiryat Ono, Ramat Gan, and Tel Aviv, with reports indicating that four impact sites were recorded in Al-Quds alone.

Footage circulating online showed significant destruction in targeted areas. Additional images appeared to capture one Iranian missile evading at least ten Israeli interceptor missiles before reaching its intended target.

The latest missile salvo toward occupied Jerusalem coincided with a meeting of Israel’s security cabinet.

US–Israeli Aggression Targets Civilian Sites in Tehran

On the Iranian front, the Tasnim News Agency reported that a police command building and residential structures in the city of Rey, south of Tehran, sustained damage in what it described as an enemy attack. Several civilians were martyred, while others remain trapped beneath the rubble.

The report added that a US–Israeli strike targeted the pediatric ward of Gandhi Hospital in Tehran.

An official in Qom province confirmed that a fire broke out in an industrial zone following what was described as US–Israeli aggression. Iranian media also reported that parts of the headquarters of the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting (IRIB) were struck.

Iran’s police chief, Brigadier General Ahmad Reza Radan, stated, “We are in a state of war and will confront with full force anyone acting on the enemy’s orders. All border forces are on full alert and have been instructed to respond decisively and seriously to any movement.”

The official Islamic Republic News Agency (IRNA) further reported that the head of intelligence at the Iranian Armed Forces General Staff, along with several other commanders, was martyred in yesterday’s US–Israeli attack.

Later on Sunday at midnight, Mehr News Agency reports that 20 people were martyred in a US and Israeli attack late Sunday on the Niloufar Square area in the Iranian capital, Tehran.
