MP Hassan Fadlallah, a member of the Loyalty to the Resistance Bloc, warned against the enemy’s attempts to push settlers into border towns, as happened near the town of Yaroun, as part of ongoing efforts to achieve its historical ambition of occupying southern Lebanon.
He pointed out that the problem always lies in the political decision, not the security forces, noting that the official political decision calls for arming oneself with diplomacy—yet this diplomacy has neither protected any citizen nor prevented any aggression.
Fadlallah’s remarks came during a memorial ceremony held by Hezbollah in the town of Bazouriyeh for the martyr Abdullah Khalil Nasser and on the anniversary of the martyrdom of Youssef Srour and Muhammad Nasser from the town of Aita al-Shaab.
