The Israeli enemy pressed ahead with its ceasefire violations on Wednesday, dropping bombs from drones on several border towns, infiltrating one community, and escalating attacks as residents gathered to mourn a martyr who fell in an Israeli attack two days earlier.

Al-Manar correspondent in south Lebanon reported that Israeli gliders dropped three stun grenades on a house in the border town of Blida, including one that was dropped after the house residents left their home.

Meanwhile, the border town of Ayta Al-Shaab was on Wednesday the scene of several attacks.

Simultaneously with preparations for the funeral of Abdullah Nasser who was martyred in the town by an earlier Israeli attack on Monday, Israeli gliders dropped five stun grenades near the town’s cemetery with two of them targeted the area around the square, our correspondent reported.

Witnesses from Ayta Al-Shaab reported that an Israeli infantry force had advanced into the outskirts of the town from the direction of Shawat Hill amid artillery shelling, followed by the arrival of the Lebanese army after residents requested an escort during the funeral procession, according to Al-Manar correspondent.

Later on Wednesday, an Israeli glider dropped another stun grenade in the border town of Adaisseh, our correspondent in south Lebanon reported.

On Monday, four people were martyred in two attacks in south Lebanon, including a 3-year-old child.

The Israeli enemy continues to bomb Lebanon, mainly the country’s south, almost daily and maintains occupation over five posts along the southern border, in violation of a ceasefire deal reached following the 2024 Israeli war.

Nearly 450 people have been martyred by Israeli attacks since November 2024, according to toll released by Lebanon’s Health Ministry and updated by Al-Manar.

Enemy forces also stage infiltrations into Lebanese territory on daily bases, blowing up houses in the border towns.
