Millions of Yemenis poured into streets and public squares in Sanaa and across several provinces on Friday, staging mass demonstrations in solidarity with Palestine, Iran, and Lebanon, in response to a call by Sayyed Abdulmalik Badreddine Al-Houthi.
A statement issued by organizers of the Sanaa rally said participants were “certain of God’s support” as they confront what it described as the most tyrannical and criminal force humanity has known. The statement urged the peoples of the Arab and Islamic world to rise to their religious and humanitarian responsibilities in the face of mounting threats and reaffirmed Yemen’s steadfast support for the Islamic Republic of Iran and for Lebanon against what it called American and Israeli arrogance, aggression, and tyranny.

Central March in Saada
In Saada province, vast crowds gathered early Friday morning for a major central march, with participants flooding the main square from the early hours.
Demonstrators raised slogans rejecting US hegemony and condemning what they described as Zionist crimes against the people of Gaza. They stressed that popular, political, and media confrontation would continue until the aggression ends and the siege is lifted.
The march featured speeches and poetry highlighting the humanitarian catastrophe in Gaza and underscoring the nation’s responsibility toward the Palestinian people amid killing, starvation, and blockade. Speakers denounced international silence as complicity in the crime, warning that weak and evasive positions only embolden further aggression.
Participants emphasized that continued attacks and violations of agreements would be met with greater popular resolve and escalation. They affirmed that Yemen, by free will and conviction, stands ready for any coming phase in support of Palestine, in line with its religious and humanitarian duty and the shared position of its leadership and people.
Residents of Saada declared a general mobilization and full combat readiness for upcoming rounds, asserting that popular and political deterrence remains a standing option. They vowed that Yemen would continue to back the Palestinian resistance until the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people are secured, regardless of the sacrifices required.
A statement from the Saada central march reaffirmed the province’s unwavering and principled support for the Palestinian people and their fighters and its solidarity with resistance forces across the region. It said the war crimes and violations facing Palestinians expose the true nature of the Zionist project—built on killing, displacement, and destruction—with direct American and Western backing.
The statement also declared full support for Iran and Lebanon in confronting regional schemes such as the “New Middle East” and “Greater Israel,” which it said target the entire nation without exception.
Additionally, the statement highlighted that repeated breaches of ceasefire agreements, ongoing crimes in Gaza and the West Bank, and attacks on Al-Aqsa Mosque and other holy sites reveal the hollowness of international claims and the failure of guarantors to hold the Israeli occupation to any commitments amid troubling global silence and Arab and Islamic inaction.
The statement called on Arab and Muslim nations to recognize projects of hegemony and expansion and to shoulder their religious and humanitarian responsibilities. It said rapid global developments continue to expose the true face of the aggressor powers and reinforce the correctness of steadfastness and resistance.
It also pointed to what it described as a profound moral collapse increasingly visible worldwide, citing scandals involving Jeffrey Epstein, Donald Trump, and Western leaders. Such exposures, it said, have revealed the true nature and moral bankruptcy of these forces, further strengthening the Yemeni people’s conviction in the Qur’anic path, the necessity of continued public mobilization, and the protection of the internal front from systems it said have lost even the most basic moral standards.
