Chairman of the Iranian Parliament’s National Security and Foreign Policy Committee, Ebrahim Azizi, warned on Sunday that Iran would respond immediately and more forcefully than before to any threat, declaring that Tehran would impose no geographical or target limitations on its response.
In a post on X, translated from Persian, Azizi said the command of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution was “binding and non-negotiable,” referring to Leader Ayatollah Sayyed Mojtaba Khamenei as “wise and formidable Leader.”
فرمان رهبر حکیم و مقتدر ایران اسلامی فصل‌الخطاب است؛ ما به هر تهدیدی، پاسخی فوری و سخت تر از گذشته خواهیم داد و محدودیتی در جغرافیا و بانک اهداف نخواهیم داشت. بدون تردید این ماییم که پایان جنگ را تعیین می‌کنیم؛ نه شکست خوردگان جنگ ۱۲ روزه و ۴۰ روزه.

“We will respond to any threat with an immediate and harsher reply than before, and we will have no limitations in geography or target bank,” he wrote.
He stressed that Iran would determine how the war ends, “not the defeated ones of the 12-day and 40-day wars,” referring to June 2025 and February 2026 wars of aggression by the United States and the Zionist entity.
