Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian said Tehran was ready to deepen regional cooperation, resolve disputes, and harness countries’ shared potential, calling for a unified stance to confront threats and aggression and strengthen security, stability, and development across the region.
Speaking during a meeting in Tehran with officials from Turkey, Saudi Arabia, and Pakistan, Pezeshkian said Iran supported any understanding that would promote unity, cohesion, security, and development in the region.
He stressed that brotherhood and unity should be at the heart of relations among regional countries, urging them to focus on common ground and mutual interests rather than allow differences to obstruct cooperation.
The Iranian president said the region had witnessed widespread violence and crimes committed by the Israeli occupation entity over the past several years with US support. He condemned what he described as Israeli crimes in Gaza, Lebanon, and other areas, stressing that confronting aggression required a common approach and greater coordination among regional countries.

“If Islamic countries stand united, Israel will not be able to continue its crimes,” Pezeshkian said.
He added that Islamic countries could draw on their shared capabilities to offer the world a model of justice and development. He expressed hope that the participation of representatives from the countries attending the meeting would help strengthen regional unity and cohesion.
Pezeshkian also said the pressure and attacks targeting Iran had not weakened the country but had instead strengthened its unity, domestic cohesion, and popular solidarity.
He stressed that Iranians had defended their land despite losses and hardships, describing the belief that the Iranian people could be forced to surrender as “a false illusion.”
The Iranian president concluded by reaffirming Tehran’s readiness to expand cooperation with regional countries on the basis of common ground, mutual interests, respect for people’s rights, and respect for state sovereignty. Achieving these goals, he said, required shared political will, coordinated efforts, and a common understanding of the region’s priorities.
