Head of Yemen’s Ansarullah Movement Sayyed Abdul Malik Badreddine Al-Houthi affirmed that Saudi Arabia is acting in the occupied southern and eastern provinces in a way that serves American interests and is completely linked to the Americans.
In a speech on the anniversary of the martyrdom of President Saleh al-Sammad, Al-Houthi said Saudi Arabia plays a regional role in the framework of American interests and American, British, and Zionist control.
“Saudi Arabia seeks to control Yemen’s political decision-making, its vast untapped resources in the eastern provinces, and its strategic geographic location extending to the Arabian Sea, Bab al-Mandeb, and the Gulf of Aden.”
Al-Houthi pointed out that Saudi Arabia currently cares little about unity or separation, but rather seeks complete control and domination over the Yemeni people.
He noted that Saudi Arabia deals with its subordinates in a condescending manner, even in terms of media tone.
“For example, after the UAE occupied Mahra and Hadramout, considered red lines by Saudi Arabia, the Saudis allowed their media to react in a way that reflected their control.”
Al-Houthi criticized Saudi Arabia for manipulating various groups, including extremist religious factions and secular groups, to serve its own agenda of control and mobilization.
He also stated that the Zionist entity has become a party in the conflict.
“The injustice inflicted upon the Yemeni people is embodied in the aggression orchestrated by Zionism, overseen by America, Britain, and ‘Israel’, and carried out by the Saudi-led coalition, which bears the greatest responsibility for this grave sin.”
The American role in the aggression against our country has been clear from its inception to this day, he added.
“The coalition of aggression indiscriminately targeted various facilities, infrastructure, and aspects of life in our country with hundreds of thousands of airstrikes.”
“If the Americans, British, Saudis, and their allies were to completely occupy our country, they would exploit its strategic location with military bases and other projects, ambitions, and aspirations. The vast oil wealth in Hadramawt, Al-Mahra, and other Yemeni governorates is coveted by the Americans, Israelis, British, and Saudis,” Sayyed Houthi affirmed.
