Six Yemeni citizens, including two children and a woman, were martyred in Saudi airstrikes on the Al-Mukha district in western Taiz Governorate, the Saba news agency in Sana’a reported.
The Al-Mukha district, located on the Red Sea coast, came under attack in the latest round of Saudi aggression against Yemen.
In a separate incident, the Ministry of Interior of the Sana’a-based government confirmed that Saudi missile strikes targeted the Al-Dhahir district and adjacent border areas in the west of Saada Governorate.
The strikes mark a continuation of Saudi military operations against Yemeni territory.
On the previous day, the Yemeni Ministry of Health in Sana’a announced that seven citizens were killed or injured in airstrikes launched by Saudi aircraft on the Khabb wa ash-Sha’af district in Al-Jawf Governorate, northeastern Yemen.
The Ministry stated that the Saudi airstrikes targeted telecommunications towers in the district, resulting in the deaths of four workers and injuries to three others.
The attacks on civilian infrastructure and populated areas have drawn repeated condemnation, with the Sana’a-based authorities documenting an ongoing toll of martyrs and wounded across multiple governorates.
