Prime Minister, Dr. Nawaf Salam, presided over a Cabinet session at the Grand Serail, to discuss various administrative and monetary issues.
During his session, Minister of Public Health, Dr. Rakan Nasseredine, raised the issue of the remarks of the foreign minister Youssef Rajji who granted the Israeli enemy the pretexts to continues its attacks on Lebanon.
PM Salam answered Nasseredine by affirming commitment to the ministerial statement which underlined the national solidarity in face of the Israeli enemy.
It is unprecedented that a foreign minister in the government of a certain country grants its enemy a pretext to attack it. However, the militiaman Youssef Rajji, who has always voiced pride in being a member of the Lebanese Forces Party involved in slaughtering the Lebanese civilians and servicemen in the 1975-1990 civil war, breached all the limits and approached the role of the Zionist FM Gideon Saar.
