Israeli Tanks and Infantry Push Toward Kfarshouba as Artillery Pounds Nabatieh

An Israeli enemy army infantry force, accompanied by two Merkava tanks, advanced this morning toward the Shmeis area on the outskirts of Kfarshouba, according to Al-Manar’s correspondent.

The correspondent reported that the forces conducted search and sweep operations in the wooded areas that the enemy had set ablaze two days prior.

Meanwhile, the Israeli occupation army resumed its advance toward Zawtar al-Gharbiya overnight, pushing the earthen berm further into the town’s perimeter until it reached approximately 100 meters from the town square. The Lebanese army remains stationed at its original position, just a few meters from the newly constructed berm, while enemy aircraft and drones flew at very low altitudes over the town.

Israeli occupation forces also carried out machine-gun fire operations from an enemy radar position toward the outskirts of Shebaa.

Since early morning, the Doha Kfar Rumman, Tell Ali al-Taher, and University District areas of Nabatieh have been subjected to artillery shelling, coinciding with continuous drone activity.

The National News Agency also reported that Israeli warplanes were flying at low altitude in the airspace of the central and western sectors.
