Mass desertions of Saudi mercenaries were reported following the attack by the Yemeni armed forces on their camps in Marib.
The Yemeni Armed Forces launched a massive preemptive attack on Saudi military camps in Al-Ruwaik, Al-Abr, Al-Thaniyah, and other areas in anticipation of a Saudi campaign that aims at deterring the Yemeni people from their stance on ending the unjust siege, according to a statement issued by the spokesman General Yahya Saree.
